It was not cold at all even though I had it on the lowest temperature available. My family complained about it being hot at night and very uncomfortable to fall and stay asleep. My family and I have visited multiple times and never had this problem before. We booked online and was told it would be $179 at check, but when we checked in, we were told it was $400 in amenitities. We had to pay for the pool, which we never got to get in bc there were no chairs available or it rained. We did walk out to the pool area and there were wads of hair floating in it. To rent a Cabana, which was two chair and an umbrella, it was $300 an hour. Yikes!
